We Make a Difference

Empowerment for destitute and vulnerable women

Embodhi connects women into jobs and industry, with a focus on education, social and financial inclusion, vocational training and education opportunities linked to environmental protection.

Embodhi is a foundation begun by hard-working, big-hearted women from Sri Lanka, India and Vietnam, now supported by caring people from around the globe.

We are a fledgling foundation with huge potential to improve the lives of thousands of women through fostering self-respect, trust and confidence, training in skills for honest work, and providing a community and friendship.

For destitute and vulnerable women.

Our Mission

Embodhi's mission is to empower destitute, marginalised and vulnerable women and girls.

Our Vision

Embodhi's vision is of a world where all women and girls are free to choose their own path in life, free from poverty, hunger, fear, abuse and exploitation.

This work of 'love of action' is Embodhi's grassroots contribution to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
